Riley's First Christmas

On Christmas Eve we had dinner at Christi, Ian and Kyle's house with Nana, we had a very nice time.

Christmas morning very early we went to Christi, Ian and Kyles house to open presents, it was so funny to watch Kyle open his gifts. He had a cold so he was a little bit sniffly.

That evening we went over to the Hay house and opened gifts with the family and had a very nice dinner.

Riley in December

Riley's first few weeks have been so amazing. We have been growing so much as a family. He got to meet his Nana, Aunt Christi and Uncle Ian, Grandma and Grandpa Hay and Aunt Heather while he was still in the hospital.

Riley had his first car ride which scared his mom a lot since it was raining and we hadn't had the car seat inspected, we actually did it on the way home.

When Riley came home he had some jaundice and had no interest in eating so the hospital gave us a billi light to help with his billiruben levels, it was scary but we got through it. Riley spent a lot of his time sleeping in his bouncy seat.

Riley got to meet his Grandma and Grandpa Torres when he was a few days old.

Paul gave Riley his first sponge bath in his bedroom.

Riley got to meet his cousin Kyle, it was so cute to see them together.

Riley got to meet his Aunt Janene

Riley took many naps in his bouncy seat and even took his first nap with his daddy.

Riley went in his swing for the first time, he slept so well in there.

Riley got his first real bath on the kitchen counter. He didn't seem to mind it one bit. Then he was all clean.

Sydney!

I got a trip to Sydney the other day for work, I hadn't been in a long time so that was nice. The first day I walked across the bridge, something I haven't ever done before. A few other flight attendants walked with me and we went to lunch at a great thai place. The food was soooooo good. Then we walked over to Luna Park, an amusment park in Sydney, we just walked through the gift shop and then back across the bridge.

The second day I was there I did one of the walks around the water. It is called the Bondi to Coogee walk, if I spelled it right. It was so beautiful there. It took several hours but I really enjoyed it. Sometime I really love my job.
